All bookkeepers need the same qualification as Melissa the founder as a bare minimum so bank recs, BAS, sorting super yeah we can do that… but that is sort of like a plumber telling you they can unblock the toilet. They all can but how many plumbers unblock a toilet on a daily basis. Some work in Construction, some specialise in renovations…
So the same for LDG, while we can unblock your bookkeeping toilet, what do we like doing, what are we good at?

That is important Melissa is passionate at PARTNERING with you not taking over. So she would prefer to teach you to use snap to receipt in QBO instead of entering endless transactions for you. Another little secret is that LDG has employees and those employees have a strong payroll background so they are really well placed to streamline your payroll processes. We even have an inhouse NZ payroll “expert” if your business is ready to extend to “over the ditch”.
So payroll is up there as one of our Specialities BUT again we focus on the HELPING, we can do full service payroll for your business. But if you are already comfortable with doing it or are ethically against giving access to your bank account to us we can just give you a little systems overview and just be able to tweak your processes to save you half a hour, or make your employees enter their own bank details… (maybe both).
You want a brand new payroll system.. Yep, that is definitely our jam.
Payroll system? Nah you want a whole new Accounting platform… yep on it!! And will we bully you into a particular brand… NO WAY we are good with Xero, QBO, MYOB and Oddoo as a start so definitely worth a conversation surely? And we share that with others, our business owner client and would you believe other professionals in the bookkeeping industry. LDG socialises with bookkeepers, networks, trains and subcontracts with other bookkeepers and Accountants. Mainly because it helping them.
